Reflecting on a Busy Summer

Let us know what you would like to see from the association.

I hope everyone had a great summer and that it was a productive and safe one for you and your teams.

I know the summer months can be some of the busiest times of the year, and with long days and hot conditions, it is always important to keep safety at the forefront. Please take the time to make sure your team has the proper safety equipment and understands the right procedures. Looking out for one another and taking a few extra minutes to reinforce good safety practices can make a big difference.

As we look ahead, we are asking for more input from our members on how we can continue to grow and strengthen the association. Your ideas and feedback are important, and we want to hear what you would like to see from the association in the coming year. Please reach out to us with your thoughts, whether it is new programs, events, educational opportunities, or other ways we can better serve our members.

Finally, as we move into the fall, I hope everyone can take a moment after a busy summer to reflect on the work we do and the important service our industry provides to our country. As America celebrates its 250th anniversary this year, it is a good time to be proud of the country we call home and to recognize the many people who have helped build and protect it.

We especially want to thank the men and women who have served and continue to serve in our military, as well as their families, for their sacrifices and commitment to our country. I hope this anniversary gives all of us an opportunity to appreciate all of our contributions, take pride in the work we do, and look forward to continuing to serve our communities and our country for generations to come.
